Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Legal Administrator/Receptionist who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to support various legal and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure office supplies are stocked and kitchen areas are clean and replenished with snacks
Serve as a receptionist, handling inquiries and coordinating communication within the office
Support legal professionals with administrative tasks related to trial preparation
Assist in the preparation of trial binders, deposition binders, and other essential legal documents
Manage time entry and expense reporting processes efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment
