Robert Half is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant for a temporary opportunity supporting a busy legal team focused on real estate and transactional work. This role is ideal for a corporate professional who can step in quickly and provide reliable administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal team members
Manage and maintain legal documents within a document management system
Prepare, format, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence
Handle printing, scanning, copying, and distribution of documents with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with document coordination and general administrative tasks across the team
Support preparation of transactional materials, including contracts, leases, and closing documents
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information
Requirements
Prior experience in a legal administrative, legal assistant, or corporate support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience working with document management systems
Excellent proofreading, formatting, and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-service mindset
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion
