We are looking for a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to two attorneys in leadership positions within a dynamic legal team. This role involves managing a variety of litigation and administrative tasks while ensuring the seamless execution of workflows and schedules. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee administrative processes, ensuring tasks related to legal, billing, and client services are completed accurately and on time
Manage complex attorney calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining punctuality for meetings and appointments
Coordinate communication across departments, including billing and business development, to facilitate smooth operations
Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents with precision and professionalism
Utilize advanced task management tools, including AI-integrated systems, to monitor workflows and maintain accountability
Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Provide support during attorney onboarding and assist with training related to practice areas
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in using technology tools, calendar management systems, and billing platforms
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred
At least 4 years of legal administrative experience, with preference given to candidates with leadership or advanced administrative backgrounds
Familiarity with e-filing, civil litigation procedures, and court filing processes
