Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, format, and proofread documents and correspondence
Answer phones, manage emails, and handle professional client communication
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with data entry, tracking, and general office projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, or support role
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
