  • You have practical experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and Event-driven architecture
  • You champion a strong DevOps culture with automated CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern observability (ELK stack)
  • You come from a large, recognizable enterprise (ideally Banking or Insurance)
  • You understand how to manage and secure highly sensitive financial data under strict compliance frameworks such as DORA, NIS 2.0, and ISO 27001
  • You possess the leadership skills required to build, scale, and mentor multidisciplinary Agile squads (Scrum/SAFe) from scratch, driving technical change management and reducing technical debt
  • Your English is at a very high professional level
  • You are excellent at facilitating Agile workshops, collaborating with Enterprise Architects, and managing relationships with demanding corporate/public stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs for government bodies, federal agencies, or international public institutions
  • Any professional proficiency in French or Dutch
