Job Description:

LEED Engineer position for METKA building projects in Athens, focusing on sustainability protocols and construction projects

Job Responsibility:

Understanding the sustainability protocols (LEED, BREEAM)
Understanding the technical aspects of the projects
Daily visit to the worksite and communication with the foreman and engineers about daily tasks
Prepare sustainability deliverables: materials' submission, technical reports, sustainability reports
Contacting the Sub-contractors and external Consultants to fulfill the LEED or BREEAM requirements
Contacting internal audits on the site in order to verify that LEED or BREEAM requirements are fulfilled

Requirements:

Engineering Degree or Diploma
Master's degree will be considered an asset
2+ years of work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Fluent in English
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have:

Master's degree
