Lecturer & Programme Lead: Housing Industry Specialist

• Embrace and promote teaching and learning technologies and implement them to enhance the student experience
• Review course content and resources to ensure currency and relevance with both the qualification and future industry requirements
• To provide an excellent experience to students through exemplary learning, teaching and standards of assessment
• Develop and share subject pedagogy within and across teams to maintain currency and accuracy
• Preparation of effective formative and summative assessments including feedback to meet awarding organisation standards and student needs
• Lead on Internal and External Quality Assurance in line with the College quality assurance policy and procedures and awarding organisation guidelines

• Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Training or equivalent, or commitment to complete within the first two years
• Level 3 Assessor qualification, or commitment to complete within the first two years
• Level 4 Housing qualification with a commitment to obtain a Level 5
• Minimum Level 2 Maths qualification
• Minimum Level 2 English qualification
• A recognised Housing, or Housing-related qualification at level 4 or above
• OR Enrolment and completion of a recognised Housing or Housing-related qualification within an agreed period
• OR Minimum two years’ experience of working in a Housing or Housing-related organisation at a manager level or above
• OR Professional level membership of a recognised Housing professional body
