Requirements:
A Master’s in Human Services or a closely related field
Evidence of professional identity in the field of human services (i.e., articulation of what human services is, and education, teaching, work, or service in a human services context)
2-5 years of post-graduate experience in the helping professions (e.g., human services, social work, counseling, community development)
Experience teaching undergraduate students in human services or a closely related field
Demonstrated commitment to diversity
Nice to have:
Professional identity and history of service in the helping fields to include membership, leadership, or service in professional organizations (e.g., NOHS, ACA, NAADAC etc.)
Credential in a helping profession (e.g., QMHP, HS-BCP, LPC, LCSW, CSAC, etc.)
