Randstad is presently collaborating with numerous universities and colleges seeking dedicated lecturers in the field of Mechantronics Engineering. You will join a dynamic faculty and contribute to our established tradition of excellence and leadership in teacher training and educational studies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs
  • Supervise honours, master’s, and project-based research learners
  • Contribute to academic administration, curriculum planning, and departmental activities

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Robotic Engineering, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a Washington Accord signatory program
  • Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). Candidates with Professional Engineer (PEng) status will be given priority
  • Demonstrated experience in tertiary-level instruction and familiarity with digital pedagogy/online teaching platforms
