Job Responsibility
Undertaking teaching and learning related activities, including enrichment opportunities
Leading and supporting the delivery of GCSE in Maths
Ensuring that appropriate learning materials are prepared and assessments and assignments are undertaken in a timely manner
Undertaking administration and provide reports and statistics regarding student and teaching matters
Undertaking in marketing activities and promote the College in a positive way for the purpose of gaining sponsorship, advertising, good public relations and increased recruitment
Participating in student reviews and other relevant meetings to manage the achievement and attendance of students
Requirements
Relevant industry/subject experience
Experience working with challenging young people
Working knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
To obtain an appropriate teaching qualification as defined by the Corporation
