The Australian Maritime College (AMC) is looking for a Lecturer in Maritime and Logistics Management to join their team. AMC is a national institute providing maritime education, training and research across seafaring, maritime engineering, and maritime and logistics management. The AMC's Centre for Maritime and Logistics Management (CMLM) delivers degrees in Maritime, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. This is a teaching‑intensive position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to high‑quality education through teaching, scholarship, and academic service. The role involves the delivery of engaging and inclusive learning experiences across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including lectures, tutorials, workshops, seminars, assessment design and marking, and the supervision of student research projects. As our new Lecturer in Maritime and Logistics Management, you will play an active role in shaping the learning experience through curriculum design and development, and will contribute to the coordination, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement of contemporary and innovative programmes, including the use of flexible and blended approaches to teaching and assessment. You will also be supported and encouraged to sustain a strong and evolving profile of scholarly, research, and professional engagement aligned with the CMLM discipline, as well as conducting supervision of Research Higher Degree students and administrative duties within the CMLM where appropriate.

Requirements:
A PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
A good record of, and continuing commitment to, research that has achieved national recognition and made worthwhile contributions to the field of Transportation, logistics and supply chains
Experience in University-level teaching and learning
A record of contributing to building and maintaining effective and productive links locally and nationally with the discipline, profession, industry and wider community
Industry experience relevant to the position would be highly desirable.
