Job Description:

We are seeking candidates for the role of Lecturer in Health to contribute to the provision of our undergraduate health professional’s foundation programme level 3 which feeds into a range of health professional programmes in the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide effective, up-to-date and stimulating face to face and online teaching and learning opportunities
  • Lead to success and progression onto a range of health professional programmes including nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and podiatry
  • Provide teaching and support to Foundation Year (FY) students level 3
  • Support the school aims and objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced teacher for the post-compulsory sector
  • HCPC and NMC registered professional with experience in the healthcare setting
  • Teaching experience is advantageous
