Requirements
Experience of teaching and assessment in a higher education environment, or equivalent experience
demonstrable knowledge of contemporary painting and its theoretical underpinning
clear, inclusive communication style
ability to engage a diverse student community
evidence of research, teaching, knowledge exchange and/or professional practice that contributes to the advancement of fine art, painting or relevant creative activity
collaborative, reflective and student-centred approach
ability to work effectively as part of a course team
uphold principles of equality, diversity and inclusion
bring an inquiring, innovative approach to teaching and problem-solving
