Bayswater Education is a global network of education centres with more than 75 years of experience delivering academic and cultural programmes to UK and international students. We run short courses, pre-sessional programmes, and academic pathways in the UK and overseas, working with learners from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. For every student we teach, we support the education of another from a disadvantaged background. The Role We are recruiting Business Lecturers for our Advanced Topics in Business Management short course, running from 6 to 23 July 2026 at one of our central London locations. The programme is aimed at master's-level professionals with managerial experience. Lecturers are sought across the following modules: International Accounting and Finance (approx. 11 hours per week); Advanced Risk Management (approx. 11 hours per week); International Corporate Law (approx. 11 hours per week); Business Strategy (approx. 11 hours per week). The teaching week is Monday to Thursday, with AM and PM classes available. Lecturers typically deliver 3-hour sessions in their area of expertise and are assigned fixed hours depending on the module or modules they teach.
Job Responsibility
Review and update module material, adapting from existing slides or supplementing with your own content
Deliver interactive, stimulating lectures that engage students in applied learning
Identify learner needs and adapt delivery styles for mixed international cohorts
Keep subject knowledge and teaching practice current
A light amount of administration and grading, including maintaining records of content delivered and providing feedback to students
Liaise with fellow teaching staff and programme management on student progress
Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent senior professional experience in the discipline
Experience teaching at postgraduate or professional level in the relevant subject area
Available to teach in London for the duration of the programme
Excellent communication skills with experience teaching second-language speakers
Confident session design and delivery, including real-world case tasks and other applied approaches
A genuine interest in sharing expertise in a multicultural and multilingual environment
Right to work in the UK
