We are seeking aspiring Lecturer – English to join our team and take the next step into a fully qualified teaching career. Permanent. About the Role: Deliver and support engaging lessons in English; Work with learners who require additional support to achieve GCSE qualifications; Build students’ confidence, skills, and readiness for future pathways; Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment; Work closely with experienced FE lecturers and mentors; Develop your teaching practice through a structured training programme; Support learners’ progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study. Essential Experience: Experience supporting or leading classroom sessions (e.g. HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or similar); Confidence managing groups of learners in an educational setting; A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential. Essential Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above); A relevant subject background in English (desirable but not essential depending on experience).
