We are seeking a Course Leader to join our team. In this role you will undertake all the core responsibilities associated with the Lecturer role while providing academic leadership and operational oversight across designated Further and Higher Education programmes. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality, coherence, and success of the programme by delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that promotes academic excellence, student engagement, retention, and positive progression outcomes. In addition to planning, preparing, and delivering effective learning and assessment, you will lead curriculum design, annual monitoring, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring that programme content remains current, industry-informed, and fully aligned with awarding organisation requirements, institutional standards, and regulatory expectations. You will coordinate module delivery, oversee assessment practices, monitor student achievement and progression data to drive enhancement strategies, and support and mentor teaching staff. Acting as the primary academic point of contact for students and key stakeholders, you will foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment that enables students to achieve their full academic and professional potential while contributing to the ongoing development and success of the institution.
