Lecturer - Beauty Therapy

We are seeking a Lecturer to join our team. In this role you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of Beauty Therapy programmes, supporting learners to achieve outstanding outcomes. You will undertake course leadership responsibilities, provide guidance and support to students, monitor learner progress in line with awarding body requirements, and contribute to the effective management and administration of the curriculum. The role also involves using learner data to drive improvements in attendance, retention, achievement, and overall learner success, while ensuring compliance with study programme requirements and College policies. In addition, you will contribute to the marketing and promotion of courses through open events and recruitment activities, maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, and support the development of innovative curriculum and course provision.
