Job Responsibility:
Plan and deliver engaging Brickwork lessons to a range of learners
Develop and update curriculum materials to meet industry standards
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in practical sessions
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and resources
Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals
Requirements:
Level 3 (or higher) Brickwork qualification
English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent
Proven industry experience in Brickwork
Ability to deliver practical and theoretical lessons effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Nice to have:
Teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one
Experience in curriculum development
Knowledge of emerging technologies in Brickwork
