Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct open homes and private inspections professionally and punctually
  • Respond to rental enquiries, provide property information, and build rapport with prospective tenants
  • Process tenancy applications, verify documents, and communicate outcomes
  • Prepare and update rental listings across online platforms
  • Assist the Property Manager with ingoing, outgoing and routine reports, lease preparation, and general administration
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Represent the Hockingstuart brand with professionalism, care, and excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer service is highly regarded but not essential
