Job Responsibility

Oversee the administration of leases to ensure compliance with contract terms
Review and process monthly lease payments and operational costs

Abstract all commercial lease documents for accurate and efficient documentation
Review and process monthly rent invoices and reconcile annual rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges
Prepare and compile various reports for internal stakeholders and handle lease-related queries
Review, process and maintain all data related to leased aviation assets
Maintain lease administration software to track lease terms, rent escalations, and other critical dates
