This is a key position offering high visibility and autonomy within a lean local structure. The selected candidate will play a strategic role in the commercial success of the company's assets in Italy, contributing to occupancy targets and long-term value creation. The Leasing Manager will report locally and interact regularly with international stakeholders at HQ level, collaborating with external partners as well as the internal Project Management and Property teams.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement leasing strategies for both existing and development-phase assets in Italy
Lead direct negotiations with prospective tenants, including commercial and contractual terms
Coordinate and monitor external brokers and advisors involved in the leasing process
Develop leasing marketing materials (brochures, presentations, fact sheets), in collaboration with agencies or with the support of the international HQ
Drive the promotion of available spaces, including participation in sector events and pre-letting campaigns
Work closely with the internal Project & Development team to align technical specifications with leasing targets
Interface with the property manager to ensure consistency between commercial agreements and operational management
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform positioning and pricing strategies
Provide regular reports on leasing pipeline, deal status, occupancy, and related KPIs
Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or related disciplines
At least 5-8 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a real estate developer, institutional investor, or owner-side advisory firm
Proven experience in leasing commercial properties, with a strong preference for office asset class exposure
Strong knowledge of Italian leasing practices and commercial real estate market dynamics
Proven ability to manage leasing negotiations independently
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working in an international environment with multicultural stakeholders
Proactive, results-driven, with excellent relationship management skills
