Job Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive leasing trends within the geographical and catchment areas
Oversee the full leasing process, including planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closure, and budget forecasting, with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability by attracting desirable tenants (including long-term, short-term, specialty tenants, kiosks, and seasonal tenants)
Source new, suitable tenants that align with the tenant mix plan, thinking creatively to introduce unique and high-quality brands
Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts
