Job Responsibility:
Greeting residents and visitors and answering incoming calls
Assisting with move-ins, keys, parking assignments, and resident inquiries
Taking maintenance requests and coordinating with maintenance staff
Maintaining resident files and processing rent payments
Supporting leasing activities and rental applications
Preparing correspondence, reports, and general administrative documents
Assisting with office operations, scheduling services/inspections, and resident events
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Prior office or administrative experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with property management systems such as Entrata or RealPage is a plus
