Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Leasing Leader looking to expand their career and grow to become a Team leader and manager.

  • Managing your team of staff and interns across a portfolio of 4-5 projects located in District 1, 2 and District 12 in HCMC
  • Working with multiple departments, manage your team and report weekly to management and the board
  • Manage your own P&L and targets/ Revenue
  • Responsible for managing a team to carry out tasks supporting customers in visiting and sharing office spaces in the company’s projects (District 1, District 2…)
  • Receive information on orders, contracts, and quotation requests from customers
  • Received enquiries, advise customers interested in renting the company’s office spaces (send brochures, quotes, images of shared office spaces)
  • Monitor customers and address their inquiries about the company’s office rental services
  • Prepare contracts and appendices as per customer requirements
  • Coordinate with the Community team to assist customers in acquiring office spaces
  • Manage customer documents and records
  • Report on the quality and progress of work to the Director
  • Perform tasks as requested by the Director

Requirements:

  • Have 1–2 years working experience in relevant fields: Leasing/ Sales, Real Estate or Business Development experience is preferred
  • Excellent English Skills, confidence in spoken English and University Degree
  • Preference for Students who have travelled abroad, worked in Real Estate OR Hospitality
  • Overseas Vietnamese or Local Vietnamese with an international approach and mindset
  • Leases administration and Property Management skills
  • Customer service and client management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
