Job Responsibility:
Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s brand while meeting specific leasing and occupancy targets
Lease Management: Oversee the full leasing lifecycle - from negotiation and legal documentation to tenancy renewals and relationship management
Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Leasing with market analysis, rental rate strategy, and monitoring competitor retail developments
Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental and deposit collections and analyze tenant sales performance to track overall mall health
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Ops, Fit-out) to ensure seamless lease execution and mall standards
Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports, manage tenant data, and resolve tenant queries or complaints to improve service standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing for retail malls or commercial property
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Nice to have:
Experience specifically in a shopping mall environment
