The hiring company is a retail consultancy firm aggressively expanding its team size and project pipeline. It works closely with landlords and retail players, leveraging decades of hands-on experience in the retail sector, with expertise spanning retail planning, leasing, marketing, and mall openings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct market research on retail trends that contribute to leasing strategies
  • Source and secure new tenants that align with the retail projects and target demographic
  • Build rapport with landlords and retailers for long-term business partnerships
  • Be involved in the end-to-end leasing process, from negotiation and documentation to tenant relations
  • Work closely with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution and tenant support
  • Prepare leasing reports, manage data, and contribute to budget planning and revenue tracking

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in retail leasing

  • Acts as first contact support for the shopping Centre to achieve prompt response on tenants’ enquiries, feedback & complaints, and escalate it to other related departments for resolution
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive and updated Tenants’ database and filing system for all tenants (ie. Sales information, licences, insurances, agreement and other correspondences)
  • Responsible for the collection and system update of Tenant monthly sales report (average submission rate: 95%) and yearly audited sales report
  • Monitor the tenant sales to ensure achieving the budgeted forecast sales
  • Perform tenant sales performance analysis & report and to provide valuable insights to the Centre Management Team and Service Office
