Job Responsibility:
Interact with many people from different departments to seamlessly take care of leases
Act as go-between person for tenants, marketing agents, solicitors, and relevant government authorities
Sit down with salespeople, top executives, customers, tenants, contractors and clients to ensure the success of projects and events
Guide tenants in all lease rules
Encourage tenants to take part in the property’s events and activities
Dream up fresh ideas and implement advertising programmes and promotional strategies for the property
Hammer out deals with suppliers and vendors
Set budgets, event costs, and advertising contracts
Keep track and analyse trends in campaigns
Find out how effective campaigns are
Keep an eagle eye on all advertising copy and layouts
Edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and other promotional materials to enhance products and services
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in business or marketing
At least two or three years of experience in a retail mall or mixed development
Forward-thinking professional who’s independent and resourceful
Ability to deliver messages clearly and effectively
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
