Job Responsibility

  • Interact with many people from different departments to seamlessly take care of leases
  • Act as go-between person for tenants, marketing agents, solicitors, and relevant government authorities
  • Sit down with salespeople, top executives, customers, tenants, contractors and clients to ensure the success of projects and events
  • Guide tenants in all lease rules
  • Encourage tenants to take part in the property’s events and activities
  • Dream up fresh ideas and implement advertising programmes and promotional strategies for the property
  • Hammer out deals with suppliers and vendors
  • Set budgets, event costs, and advertising contracts
  • Keep track and analyse trends in campaigns
  • Find out how effective campaigns are
  • Keep an eagle eye on all advertising copy and layouts
  • Edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and other promotional materials to enhance products and services

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in business or marketing
  • At least two or three years of experience in a retail mall or mixed development
  • Forward-thinking professional who’s independent and resourceful
  • Ability to deliver messages clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
