Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This remote position will play a crucial role in supporting our Property Manager with all aspects of leasing our homes to new residents. If you are passionate about helping people find their perfect home and have excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with marketing and advertising vacant properties to attract potential residents
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents, provide property information, and schedule property viewings
  • Conduct thorough screenings of applicants, including background checks and credit checks
  • Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses
  • Maintain a database of available properties and resident records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both residents and property owners
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential leasing or property management is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying motivated and on task
