Job Description

Provide administrative support to the leasing operations of River City apartments, a 448-unit portfolio in the heart of the South Loop neighborhood.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides timely and professional responses to resident and vendor issues and inquiries
  • Routes incoming phone calls and mail and answers correspondence as needed
  • Assists in move-in / move-out process
  • Supports and participates in leasing activities, including but not limited to touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines
  • Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files
  • Assists with the lease renewal process
  • Monitors the CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries
  • Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers
  • Assists with coordinating resident events and sending out communication
  • Receives resident service requests and administers building work order system

Requirements

  • At least one year of related experience
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and administrative acumen
  • Must have or obtain current Illinois leasing agent license
  • Regular weekend hours will be required

Nice to have

Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
