Job Description

We are seeking a Accounting & Leasing Coordinator I to support our technology financing operations. This role involves creating legal agreements, handling invoicing, coordinating with leasing partners, preparing commission statements, and providing sales support. With a strong focus on billing, funding, document creation, and financial accuracy. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in printers, copiers, and related technology

Job Responsibility

  • Create internal and external legal documentation for technology transactions
  • Invoice leasing partners, compile funding packets, and submit documentation in a timely manner
  • Complete file reviews upon successful funding and ensure workflow readiness
  • Maintain accurate records for returned assets, including proper fixed asset valuation
  • Assist with adjustments and documentation for existing technology leases and agreements
  • Provide responsive support to customers, leasing partners, internal teams, and sales reps
  • Maintain organized and accurate paperless filing systems
  • Process end-of-term leasing quotes, internal invoicing, and wire transfers
  • Monitor weekly reporting to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Validate pricing structures, margins, and documentation for sales transactions
  • Prepare and validate commission statements
  • Provide backup support to team members and assist across territories as needed
  • Attend required company and department meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, billing, or contracts administration
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors
  • Highly organized with strong time/task management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with independent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • General accounting knowledge required
