We are seeking a Accounting & Leasing Coordinator I to support our technology financing operations. This role involves creating legal agreements, handling invoicing, coordinating with leasing partners, preparing commission statements, and providing sales support. With a strong focus on billing, funding, document creation, and financial accuracy. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in printers, copiers, and related technology
Job Responsibility:
Create internal and external legal documentation for technology transactions
Invoice leasing partners, compile funding packets, and submit documentation in a timely manner
Complete file reviews upon successful funding and ensure workflow readiness
Maintain accurate records for returned assets, including proper fixed asset valuation
Assist with adjustments and documentation for existing technology leases and agreements
Provide responsive support to customers, leasing partners, internal teams, and sales reps
Maintain organized and accurate paperless filing systems
Process end-of-term leasing quotes, internal invoicing, and wire transfers
Monitor weekly reporting to ensure timely completion of transactions
Validate pricing structures, margins, and documentation for sales transactions
Prepare and validate commission statements
Provide backup support to team members and assist across territories as needed
Attend required company and department meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, billing, or contracts administration
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors
Highly organized with strong time/task management and ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter with independent judgment and problem-solving skills
General accounting knowledge required
