We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team in Ocean County, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone who is detail oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, to assist with administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to prospective and current residents while ensuring the property is presented in its best condition.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, prospective tenants, and current residents
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding leasing options and property features
Maintain and organize property-related documents and files
Manage office supplies
Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate resident work orders
Update and manage the property waitlist
Conduct daily property tours
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Support email correspondence and data entry tasks
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
