Job Description

Responsible for leasing activities, responding to leads, conducting property tours, assisting with applications, and supporting occupancy goals while delivering excellent customer service. This position does not require a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license and does not perform licensed brokerage activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet prospects and conduct property tours as scheduled
  • Respond to phone, email, text, and in-person inquiries
  • Provide rental rates, availability, and property information
  • Process applications and submit for approval
  • Follow up with leads to maintain occupancy goals
  • Maintain leasing records and prepare reports
  • Provide general office support
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and handle emergency calls as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license + daily access to insured, registered vehicle
  • Basic computer & internet skills (Google Workspace required)
  • Ability to learn/use AppFolio software
  • Strong customer service skills & ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Must pass background screening and substance testing

Nice to have

Previous experience or interest in the leasing industry is a plus
