Belle Property Parramatta | Beecroft | Carlingford is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to kickstart their career in real estate as a Leasing Consultant. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for property and a desire to learn from industry leaders in a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with prospecting activities to generate appraisals
  • Conducting open homes and inspections, processing applications, and conducting ingoing inspections
  • Managing lease signings and supporting the team with client onboarding
  • Participating in training and mentorship programs to build foundational real estate skills

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Licence is essential
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Available to work 5 days a week, including Saturday
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales is highly regarded
