Job Description

Our client, a real estate development and investment company, is seeking an on-site temporary Leasing Consultant to support their team in Washington, DC!

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the face of the building
  • Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience
  • Community/resident event planning and flyer creation
  • Other tasks/responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or other relevant position is highly desired
  • Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills are required
  • Yardi experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
