Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and leasing experience looking for a stable, long-term role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
  • Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
  • Process applications, including screenings and background checks
  • Prepare lease agreements and coordinate lease signings
  • Maintain accurate prospect and resident records in the system
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong conversion rates
  • Provide excellent customer service to current residents
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident communications
  • Coordinate with maintenance and management teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • 2+ years of recent leasing, property management, or relevant customer-facing experience
  • Strong sales and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Must be able to work on-site
  • Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) preferred
