Job Responsibility

Verify applicant eligibility by collecting and reviewing required income documentation, third-party verifications, and other necessary forms
Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws, HUD regulations, and company policies
Coordinate and schedule move-ins, inspections, and lease signings
Maintain accurate records in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrada, RealPage, or similar)
Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency
Assist in rent collection, late notices, and other administrative support duties
