Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Assistant to support the leasing team at a luxury residential property. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a high-end customer experience. This position is located in North Miami and is an ongoing contract opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome prospective residents and guests, ensuring a professional and upscale experience
  • Support leasing consultants with tours, follow-ups, and daily leasing activities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with a high level of professionalism
  • Assist with application processing, screenings, and lease documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, residents, and leasing activity
  • Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are prepared to luxury standards
  • Provide exceptional service to current residents and assist with inquiries
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media and community events
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the leasing office and model units
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and presentation required
  • Must be able to work on-site and occasionally on weekends
  • Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately

Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
