We are seeking a Leasing Assistant to support the leasing team at a luxury residential property. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a high-end customer experience. This position is located in North Miami and is an ongoing contract opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome prospective residents and guests, ensuring a professional and upscale experience
Support leasing consultants with tours, follow-ups, and daily leasing activities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with a high level of professionalism
Assist with application processing, screenings, and lease documentation
Maintain accurate records of prospects, residents, and leasing activity
Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are prepared to luxury standards
Provide exceptional service to current residents and assist with inquiries
Support marketing efforts, including social media and community events
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the leasing office and model units
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and presentation required
Must be able to work on-site and occasionally on weekends
Must be currently unemployed and available to start immediately
Nice to have:
Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
