Job Responsibility:
Greet prospective residents and assist with inquiries
Answer phones and respond to emails in English and Spanish
Schedule and coordinate property tours
Assist with rental applications and lease paperwork

Support move-ins, move-outs, and key distribution
Enter data into property management systems
Coordinate with maintenance regarding service requests
Provide general office and administrative support
Requirements:
