Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Assistant to join our team in Miami Gardens, Florida. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to property management operations. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial and administrative tasks while supporting leasing and tenant-related activities.

Job Responsibility:

Support tenant leasing processes, including lease administration and documentation
Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth communication with tenants and prospects
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update property management databases
Assist in financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with team members to optimize property management operations
Monitor and track property-related expenses to ensure alignment with budget goals
Assist with showing properties and assisting clients with paperwork

Requirements:

Proficiency in accounting systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes
Familiarity with CRM platforms and property management systems
Strong understanding of budget preparation and financial reporting
Previous experience as a leasing consultant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and team interactions
