Job Description

The Receptionist / Leasing Assistant provides front desk support for the property management office. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, answering emails, assisting tenants and prospective renters, and providing general administrative support to the leasing and management team.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors, tenants, and prospective renters in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Schedule daily appointments and provide information about available apartments, parking, and office procedures
  • Assist the leasing team with preparing lease documents and related paperwork
  • Manage the leasing of parking spaces and maintaining related records
  • Provide general support to the leasing and property management team
  • Assist with preparing and organizing keys for new tenant move-ins
  • Help maintain organized tenant records and files
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and organizing office records
  • Keep the front office organized and presentable
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic internet navigation skills and computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
  • Ability to learn and use property management software such as AppFolio
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Daily access to a personal vehicle with valid registration and insurance
