Job Description:

Leasing Agent wanted for a growing property management company. Commission Based Leasing Agent wanted to lease rental properties in and around the ANNE ARUNDEL, PG, MONTGOMERY, HOWARD COUNTY, and DC. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN PG, ANNE ARUNDEL, MONTGOMERY, HOWARD COUNTY, and DC. The Leasing Agent position is commission-only; $800 per lease. Leasing Agents have an average of 10 properties that they are responsible for at any given time.

Job Responsibility:

Showing vacant and tenant occupied properties
Posting all property marketing to Craigslist
Generating leases via DocuSign
Arranging move in times/dates with new tenants
Completing move in walk through/inspection with new tenants
Effectively communicating with property owners and providing timely updates

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service skills
Availability on evenings and weekends
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
Proficient at Microsoft office
Reliable transportation
Clean background and drug free
Cell phone and laptop
Prior leasing/real estate experience preferred
STRONGLY prefer someone living in Laurel or central to all 4 counties
