Job Responsibility:
Answers a high volume of incoming property phone calls
Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents
Provides potential and current residents with accurate information
Promotes the Company properties through various media and advertising techniques, social media, Facebook, Instagram, constant contact
Files paperwork pertaining to the property
Organizes the office and orders supplies
Partners with maintenance team on work orders for the residents
Maintains wait list, updates, send letters
Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling a variety of customer queries
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service
Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Skilled in managing email correspondence and ensuring timely responses
Familiar with handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to perform complex data manipulation
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook with experience in managing detail-oriented correspondence
Skilled in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficient in drafting, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft Word
Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
