Job Description:

Randstad is seeking detail-oriented & proactive Leasing Administrator located in the heart of Winnipeg. As a Leasing Administrator, you will be the backbone of the leasing department. You’ll ensure operational excellence by keeping tenant records meticulous, boosting property visibility through marketing, and bridging the gap between residents and management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate daily with Resident Managers within the assigned portfolio to ensure operational alignment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries & resolving issues promptly (via phone, email, walk-ins, etc.)
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records for leases, including tenant welcome packages, assignments, and lease amendments

  • Audit tenant ledgers regularly for accuracy
  • Update monthly preauthorized debit changes to Tenants' accounts
  • Assist with updating online advertising, including Facebook Marketplace & other rental platforms, to ensure listings remain accurate & up to date

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related administrative field is preferred
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of marketing and digital photography for property listings
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
