Job Responsibility

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
Conduct pre-startup safety reviews and participate in incident investigations and HSE audits
Operate company-provided vehicle in a safe manner and adhere to driving guidelines
Inspect gas and oil wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and piping components for leaks or issues
Access remote locations to check wells and maintain normal operating levels and pressures
Gauge tanks for sale or transfer of condensate, crude oil, and water and maintain accurate records
Prioritize and operate wells to meet contractual obligations
Operate various equipment including compressors, pumps, and artificial lift systems
Gather and analyze data to optimize production and reduce safety and environmental impact
Perform minor repairs and generate work notifications for equipment maintenance
