Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Lease Extension Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales negotiator or possess knowledge of the lease extension process. This role requires a consultative sales approach to offer lease extension services and provide conveyancing services to support business functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all lease extension leads are contacted and quoted in a timely manner, providing details of the lease extension process and services
  • Handle conveyancing referrals from the branch network, qualifying, quoting, and converting them into clients by assigning them to solicitors
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and conveyancers
  • Problem-solve any client and colleague issues
  • Keep knowledge up-to-date on leasehold reforms and conveyancing processes

Requirements:

  • Experience as a sales negotiator or knowledge of the lease extension process
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills
