Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Lease Extension Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales negotiator or possess knowledge of the lease extension process. This role requires a consultative sales approach to offer lease extension services and provide conveyancing services to support business functions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure all lease extension leads are contacted and quoted in a timely manner, providing details of the lease extension process and services
Handle conveyancing referrals from the branch network, qualifying, quoting, and converting them into clients by assigning them to solicitors
Communicate and build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and conveyancers
Problem-solve any client and colleague issues
Keep knowledge up-to-date on leasehold reforms and conveyancing processes

Requirements:

Experience as a sales negotiator or knowledge of the lease extension process
Strong consultative sales approach
Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills
Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement and embracing new ideas
