Job Description

We are hiring a Real Estate professional to support leasing, transaction management, and portfolio operations across India & APAC. The role involves handling end‑to‑end lease administration, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and supporting expansion, consolidation, RFPs, and occupancy planning initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage lease administration, renewals, expiries, and registrations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with Legal, Finance & landlords
  • Support real estate transactions, business case preparation, and RFP requirements
  • Track rentals, CAM, escalations, deposits & property‑tax related obligations
  • Ensure data accuracy in lease management systems (CoStar)
  • Coordinate with global lease admin teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Support exit processes, final settlements, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facility Management, or Transaction Management
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of lease terms, real estate financials, and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast‑paced environment
