Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure efficient and timely preparation, signing, and administration of sales and lease contracts and relevant documents
  • manage the protocol of disagreement process, coordinating with stakeholders
  • provide support to sales & leasing teams throughout the administration process
  • analyze and improve process efficiency with the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader
  • ensure timely updates and accurate records in relevant databases
  • store, organize, and ensure availability of required documentation

  • prepare professional materials and documentation for lease administration.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education and/or work experience in administration
  • proficiency in advanced MS Office tools
