This position primarily revolves around managing real estate records and processing payments. You will be working remotely, addressing queries, and maintaining relationships between landlords and tenants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a significant number of real estate records with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct rent payment processing and track the status of payments received/sent
  • Review variant reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Process multiple supplemental and expedited payment profiles, ensuring timely transactions
  • Enhance relationships between landlords and tenants, serving as a key point of contact
  • Address open queries, providing clear and prompt responses
  • Maintain logs notes reports and security deposits, ensuring all documents are up to date
  • Collaborate with the financial analyst team for OpEx tracking

  • Ability to Review and manage Databases is necessary
  • Experience with Design and Audit processes is important
  • Supervising skills and proficiency in About Time software is needed
  • Background in Finance, Reconciliations, and Correspondence is required
  • Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks and handle Financial Notes is a must
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, is important
  • Knowledge in Real Estate and Tax related matters is necessary
  • Ability to handle Queries and perform Financial Analysis is crucial
