Sentry is currently seeking a Learning Technology and Experience Specialist to join our team! The Learning Technology and Experience Specialist plays a key role in enabling the development, delivery, measurement, and reporting of engaging learning solutions, programs, and experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Administer SentryU’s LMS and knowledge management/performance support systems, establishing learner audiences, assignments, and program/learning paths in alignment with learning strategy
Configure automated communications, conduct system testing, and ensure ongoing data quality
Partner with business leadership, SentryU leadership and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely implementation, measurement and reporting of enterprise-wide learning programs, including the compliance learning program, designation program, and associate/leader technical and professional development programs
Coordinate SentryU department-wide processes, programs, and systems, including the work planning system, content management program, and supporting technologies
Develop, deliver, and maintain ongoing communications and performance support resources for the SentryU team related to department-wide systems, technology, and process improvements as well as ongoing technology and system updates
Oversee the process to collect, report, and analyze enterprise-wide learning metrics to support the learning measurement strategy and continuous improvement of learning solutions
Work with SentryU and business subject matter experts to maintain knowledge management and performance support resources, utilizing technical writing skills to create and update on-demand learning content, and deploy to the performance support platform
Oversee Continuing Education (CE) programs and related licensing. Review and approve course content
Outline and submit instructor qualifications for state audits, ensures compliance with state statutes and regulations, and maintains documentation for state audits
Serve as a main point of contact for State Departments of Insurance with respect to CE and licensing compliance related matters
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years related work experience
Experience with LMS administration, learning technology, and online content integrations with other applications such as Workday, Whatfix, Tableau, and SharePoint
Excellent computer literacy and technology skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SCORM standards
Strong project, program, and process management skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Critical thinking skills demonstrated by the ability to investigate, analyze, and solve complex problems/issues and translate them into solutions
