Job Description

SciPlay is a leader in mobile gaming, and we bring that same creativity to how we develop our people. We’re looking for a Learning & Talent Specialist who loves building practical learning experiences and making talent programs run smoothly. You’ll be a hands-on builder + operator, creating learning content and helping run key people programs across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with HRBPs and People leaders to keep learning and talent initiatives consistent, scalable, and useful around the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Build engaging and effective learning content (eLearning/microlearning, toolkits, job aids, OnDemand videos, guides)
  • Support and improve programs (onboarding, manager development, and career framework enablement)
  • Support talent cycles by creating manager resources (guides, FAQs, templates, comms) that make performance and talent review seasons easier and more efficient
  • Own the basics in Workday Learning (publishing, learning paths, learner support, reporting, and keeping content organized)
  • Use data to improve what we build (adoption, feedback, completion, and what’s working/not working)
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate repetitive work and improve efficiency (custom GPTs/agents, workflows, templates)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in L&D, instructional design, people programs, or similar work
  • Strong writing and content-building skills (clear, practical, manager-friendly)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines
  • Urgency, execution, and follow through. Must enjoy solving problems.
  • Familiarity with an LMS (Workday Learning is a plus) and using data to tell a simple story
  • Curiosity and good judgment, especially around AI, confidentiality, and quality

Nice to have

Facilitation experience, learning analytics familiarity (SCORM/xAPI), or experience supporting performance/talent reviews or organizational and talent development initiatives.
