Job Responsibility

  • Construction and monitoring of the global training budget following the annual performance review campaigns
  • Operational deployment of training sessions (searching for providers including internationally, scheduling, invitations, evaluations)
  • Management of relationships with our training partners and organizations (funding requests, co-investments)
  • Monitor and drive the operational deployment and internal communication around the new managerial framework on a global scale
  • Coordinate performance review campaigns on our HRIS (Lucca)
  • Structure and monitor global talent reviews (People Reviews) in order to identify potential and anticipate the company's skill requirements
  • Participate in the reflection and formalization of career paths and internal mobility bridges
  • Monitoring of salary grids: participate in the update, deployment, and compliance of internal compensation grids and fairness/transparency challenges across all our countries
  • Transversal projects: Ad hoc assistance on HR development topics

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in HR, ideally in a fast-growing international environment (Scale-up, international mid-sized company) where a hands-on approach is the norm
  • Knowledge of professional training mechanisms in France (OPCO, legislation) and an appetite for international scope
  • Solution-oriented mindset, strong deliverable culture, analytical rigor, and excellent communication skills to interact with managers in an international environment
  • Excellent command of collaborative tools and spreadsheets
  • Fluent English
